Bay State employees conduct inventory management services for the Merrimack Valley Red Cross in Haverhill, Mass.

The company's corporate giving program strives to meet community needs within the cities and towns it serves. In an effort to "give back" to the very communities that have contributed to Bay State's success, the company targets corporate contributions to five key areas:

The company also encourages employee volunteerism. Employees have responded in a variety of different ways...including developing school/business partnerships, participating on not-for-profit boards, and running fund-raising drives that respond to local needs.
